Noa is a PhD Candidate in the DAAD Center for German Studies at the Hebrew University where she also completed her BA and MA in International relations. Her dissertation examines German-Israeli relations since German reunification. Noa’s research interests are international relations, special relations, friendship in IR, history, German studies. She is a member of a research group working on friendship in international relations.
