The compatibility of work and family life is a central concern of SCRIPTS. Furthermore, our purpose is to support all people involved in the Cluster regarding subjects of mental health and gender and diversity. The mentioned topics constitute a main requirement in order to be able to conduct fruitful research projects. Subsequently, we summarized theme-specific individual counseling services, informational offers, learning opportunities as well as institutional information and infrastructural advice in a list below.

• As part of our commitment with diversity we issued a statement named "The SCRIPTS’ Spirit of Diversity", whereby we aim at implementing non‐discrimination and the compatibility of work and family life, a welcoming environment and collegiality as a coherent set of normative practices for vital and sustainable diversity. Feedback

We offer this service so that newcomers feel welcome and get to know first-hand the support system in Berlin and Germany. It’s aimed at signalizing sensitivity towards several topics that belong to one’s own identity and the needs connected to it.
