In view of the massive Russian troop buildup along the border with Ukraine, the Baltic countries in particular, as well as Poland, are pleading for Ukraine's accelerated admission to NATO.  In an interview with Redaktionsnetzwerk Deutschland, Principla investigator Prof. Dr. Gwendolyn Sasse sees no prospect for Ukraine's early admission.
