Christoph David Piorkowski spoke with Genia Kostka and Mark Hallerberg, both Principal Investigators at SCRIPTS, about the rise of China and the problems Xi Jinping might face in the future. Kostka, professor of Chinese Studies at Freie Universität Berlin, said there are indications that economic growth in exchange for rights might not be working in the long run.
