The SCRIPTS team is looking for a committed student assistant (m/f/d) to help with planning and delivering events for knowledge exchange and transfer at the Knowledge Exchange Lab, starting on 1 June 2026.

Key tasks:

• Research and academic analysis of cluster- and project-related topics in the fields of political science, regional studies and social sciences, as well as cross-cutting socio-political and cultural issues.
• Provide academic support for the conception, planning, production and implementation of various knowledge exchange formats between academia, politics and culture.
•  Process and project support for the academic evaluation, follow-up and further development of knowledge transfer programmes.

Profile:

• Student of the social sciences, humanities or regional studies.Interest in the SCRIPTS Cluster of Excellence's research.
• Affinity for, or experience in, the field of knowledge exchange between academia, society and politics.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) as well as content management systems and social media applications, or a willingness to learn.
• Very good  spoken and written English (C1)                                                                                                                          
• Strong language and writing skills.                                                                                                                                        
• Excellent organisational skills and a detailed approach to work.
