In her contribution to the Observer Research Foundation (ORF), Amrita Narlikar, Principal Investigator at SCRIPTS and director of the German Institute for Global and Area Studies (GIGA), writes about the importance of the partnerships between the European Union and India. The expansion of China leads to a tough position for India. Negotiations are moving slowly, but as Narlikar writes, “for the unfulfilled potential of their partnership, both the EU and India share equal responsibly”.
