A reform of the German voting system?

Professor of public law and Principal Investigator at SCRIPTS, Christoph Möllers, spoke about the ongoing discussion in the German Bundestag to undertake the challenge of reforming the voting system. Albert Funk from the Berlin daily newspaper Tagesspiegel quoted Möllers, who is part of the commission to look at the reform, saying it would be "a revolutionary event in the history of the country" if the current proportional representation would change.
