Professor of international history and Principal Investigator at SCRIPTS, Jessica Gienow-Hecht, spoke to the programme Kulturzeit from the public broadcaster 3sat about how the Marshall Plan could be an inspiration for the rebuilding of Ukraine. Implementing such a plan would require a consensus on how to approach the rebuilding among the donor countries.
