The Diversity and Excellence Commission (DEC) promotes the mainstreaming of gender and diversity into research through incentives and stimuli for reflexive knowledge production. It improves the Quality Management and Diversity at SCRIPTS by setting standards, providing decision-making guidance as well as defining and monitoring procedures.
